An Excessive Absence Letter will now be sent home once a student accumulates five (5) excused or unexcused days. A Physician’s Verification of Illness Letter will be sent to the parents or guardian when a student accumulates ten (10) days of absence due to excused or unexcused reasons, other than extensive periods of hospitalization or doctor verified illness. Following this letter, a doctor’s excuse is required for any further absences. *Missing a few days each month can add up quick so it’s important to work with the school early on to help keep your child attending regularly. 2019-2020 Preliminary Budget Say Something Anonymous Reporting System Parent Portal The has implemented a parent portal called Skyward Family Access. To find out more information about Family Access and how to register for an account go to the "Parent Portal" link under the "Parents/Students" menu on the ASD webpage. If you signed up for Skyward Family Access a previous school year you are still able to use the same account username and password to access information this year.
